Pivotal Payments and Frank & Oak Sign E-Commerce Payment Processing Agreement
Pivotal Payments to provide online apparel retailer Frank & Oak with credit card acceptance platform
MONTREAL, Sept. 10, 2012 - Pivotal Payments, Canada's leading independent merchant services provider is proud to announce it has partnered with Montreal-based online menswear retailer Frank & Oak. Pivotal Payments will be the company's exclusive provider of Internet payment processing and provider of payment gateway services.
Frank & Oak was cofounded by Ethan Song and Hicham Ratnani. The company targets 20-35 year old men in the USA and Canada through a monthly issue of fashion forward clothes for everyday living sold directly to consumers online. This model allows the menswear retailer to maintain high quality products at accessible prices. Everything Frank & Oak sells on its website is $50 or less. Consumers can also sign up for the Hunt Club, a free service that lets members try on three items at home for free each month. Hunt Club members also enjoy free shipping both ways on all purchases and returns, as well as 10% cash back and advance access to each issue.
